Instructions
Add Cream Developer to Lightening Cream Bleach or Cream Hair Color using the following dilution guide:
Option 1 – One part Lightening Cream Bleach or Cream Hair Color is to One part Cream Developer
Option 2 – One part Lightening Cream Bleach or Cream Hair Color is to Two parts Cream Developer
Option 3 – Add sufficient amount of Cream Developer to Lightening Cream Bleach or Cream Hair Color depending on desired result.
